Family in need of firewood |

Jackie Pierce, Bonners Ferry, has a friend in a
predicament, but too embarrassed to ask for
help, even though, Jackie said, that predicament
isn't of their own making. She hopes that
members of the community will help her help
them.
The family moved to the Naples area not long
ago, renting a small farm, but the mother is ill
and the family, with four children, including an
infant, are down to about a week's worth of
firewood, their sole source of heat.
Jackie and her family are hoping that neighbors
who have a bit of firewood they can spare will
let her know so she can pick it up or tell you
where it can be dropped off in town so she can
get it to the family.
