Get ready for the City Pool to open for the
summer!
City workers are on the job now at the City
Swimming Pool, getting necessary repairs and
rejuvenations done so it will be ready for the
Summer of 2014.
The pool will open this year on June 9. Remember
that there is an admission fee for use of the
pool: $1 per day. However, summer-long season
passes are available, at a cost of $5 for
residents of Bonners Ferry, and $10 for
residents of the County. With a pass, you can
swim as much as you like all summer long!
Swimming lessons will be offered at the pool
again this summer. Applications to join a
swimming lesson class are now available at the
Bonners Ferry City Hall, and sign-ups are open
right now until June 6--so don't wait, sign up
now. Each session of swimming lessons lasts 10
days. A session of swim lessons cost $25 for
city residents and $30 for county residents.
Those that register for swimming lessons
automatically receive a full summer pass for the
pool. |
