Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days
in jail, 56 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s
inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day
drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $120
restitution, $257.50 court costs and two years
probation.
Joel M. Schneider, born 1981, charged with
driving without privileges November 8 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty and
sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended,
32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $137.50 fine and $162.50 court costs
Christopher L. Qualls, born 1983, charged with
DUI, second offense, January 15 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days
suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension,
$542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years
probation. Charged with possession of
paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to two
days in jail, $137.50 fine and$192.50 court
costs.
Leah E. Walton, born 1985, charged with invalid
license January 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days
in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court
costs and two years probation.
Walter W. Ribey, born 1974, charged with
exceeding allowable gross load February 5 at the
port of entry, pled guilty and fined $52 and
$152.50 court costs.
Gregory M. Ness, born 1954, charged with failure
to place warning devices when stopped February
18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and
fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.
