Bee Fit Studio now at Naples

Bee Fit Studio, Pam Hittle's Zumba palace in
Boundary County, now boasts a new location and
more space to dance and have fun on your way to
fitness, having moved from their former location
on McCall Street in Bonners Ferry to the Naples
Elementary School gym.
Easy to learn and fun for all ages, Zumba
combines Latin music with a fun and effective
workout system that will have you burning
calories, shedding pounds and regaining your
zest and vigor with you barely even noticing
you're working out. Its low impact makes Zumba
ideal for all ages and fitness levels.
Bee Fit offers four one-hour classes each week;
5:15 p.m. Mondays, 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, 6 p.m.
Wednesdays and 9 a.m. Saturdays, costing $4 per
class or $20 for the whole month.
Students can dance Zumba for free, though kids
12 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
Participants should bring water, a towel and
indoor exercise shoes.
