Ferry High School's FIRST Team 2130 Alpha+ has
finished building this year's robot! By midnight
of February 18, we had our robot in its bag,
ready for competition, where we can no longer
work on it.
We've finished everything that we aspired to
with more improvements than expected.
The Woodie Flowers Award essay, Chairman’s Award
essay and our Business Plan have all been
completed and submitted for our competition.
Practically all we have left to do is finish the
Chairman’s Award video and our website.
The Chairman’s Award video has until competition
to be finished and submitted, while our website
has to be done by February 28.
We are now going to start learning things, such
as driving, by using the older robots, to ready
ourselves for competition, and what to do down
in the pits, where the robots are prepared or
worked on during competition.
We are also trying to find other schools, near
us, that we can help start an FRC team.
