February 22, 2014 |
Commuters can expect a snowy start to the coming
work week as the National Weather Service,
Spokane, has issued a winter weather advisory in
effect in North Idaho and eastern Washington
from 4 a.m. Sunday through 4 a.m. Monday and
calling for as much as five inches of new valley
snow. Light snow is expected to develop over the region late tonight and continue through early Monday morning, tapering off before the routine morning commute, but leaving from two to five inches of snow, which could make for hazardous driving conditions. |
