of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and
one year probation.

Chase W. Brown, born 1997, charged with minor in
possession of tobacco or e-cigarette December 1
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled

converted to 16 hours community service, $100
fine and $29.60 court costs. Charged with minor
in possession of alcohol, pled guilty and
sentenced to a 90 day drivers license
suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

James M. Holman, born 1966, charged with driving
