BVA hosting free barbecue
|
October 29, 2013 |
Boundary Volunteer Ambulance (BVA) would like to
thank our community for their support over the
past 48 years!
We are here to serve our community with
expedient and professional services day and
night.
To show our appreciation, we would like to
invite everyone to an open house and free
barbecue at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, at the
ambulance garage behind the courthouse.
Come meet our EMTs and the BVA staff. The board
of directors will also be available to answer
any questions. Enjoy a complimentary grilled
hamburger, with all the fixings, side dishes and
dessert.
A LifeFlight Air Medical transport crew will be
there with a helicopter (schedule and weather
permitting).
We will also be demonstrating the following
procedures:
Extrication (cutting cars open) and Rope Rescue
Mass Casualty response
Taking vitals (Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure,
etc.)
Ambulance tours
CPR I Safe Sitter Demonstration
Looking forward to seeing you! |
