probation. Charged with driving without
privileges, amended to drivers license

Chrisy K. Finley, born 1973, charged with DUI
July 21 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office,
pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail,
170 days suspended, 180 day drivers license
suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs
and two years probation.
Tawnya Jackson, born 1978, charged with petit
theft July 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 28 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s
inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50
fine, $162.50 court costs and two years
probation.
Kathleen V. Cassidy, born 1955, charged with DUI
August 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled
guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days
suspended, $300 fine, $152.50 court costs and
two years probation.
Joseph Aloysius Duginske, born 1951, charged
with theft August 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and
$152.50 court costs.
Carol K. Madrid, born 1964, charged with DUI
