Linda Allerdice, born 1947, charged with petit theft May 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to willful concealment of goods, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Bryan W. Whitman, born 1972, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation. Spring J. Koehler, born 1974, charged with possession of paraphernalia July 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation. Davis D. Merrifield, born 1997, charged with petit theft May 1 by the Boundary county sheriff’s office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, one year probation and $85 court costs.
