retained, $500 fine, $800 restitution and $580
court costs.

David Leon Ledbetter, born 1984, charged with
vicious dog violation April 19 by the Boundary
County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and

May 1 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office,

Ross Jim Patterson, born 1989, charged with DUI,
second offense May 22 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to DUI. Pled guilty,

Brandon C. Schmitz, born 1993, charged with
possession of alcohol by a minor July 7 by the
Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced t
a 180 day drivers license suspension, $1005
fine, $900 suspended, $194.50 court costs and
six months probation.

petit theft July 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
Robert D. Laidlaw, by 1936, charged with motor
carrier in possession of alcohol July 18 by the
