Robin Eby, 48, Bonners Ferry, was sentenced
Tuesday in Bonner County for calling in a phony
bomb threat that evacuated the Bonner County
Administration Building last March on the eve of
an election.
According to the
Bonner County Daily Bee, Eby, who
tried to call the Bee with that threat but
dialed a wrong number, accidentally reaching an
assisted living facilty to ostensibly get out of
a court hearing, was sentenced by Judge Barbara
Buchanan to 180 days in jail, with credit for
time served, three to ten years supervised
probation, a $500 fine, $240.50 court costs and
$300 in defense reimbursement.
In addition, she will have to pay Bonner County
$1,918.85 for costs incurred by the evacuation. |
