Mortimer Phipps Bacon, born 1962, charged with driving DUI, second offense, February 23 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of four days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $392.50 fine, $100 restitution, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $200 and $100 restitution.

Radcliff, born 1971, charged with battery February 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.
