Jordan M. Wright, born 1978, charged with operating without a trip permit February 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with commercial operator in possession of alcohol, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

L.D. Huggins, born 1951, charged with excessive DUI February 12 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 360 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Louis Matthew Maggi, born 1967, charged with trespassing on cultivated lands in violation of warning signs October 6 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $50 and $160 court costs.

 

Jonathan L. George, born 1982, charged with invalid drivers license March 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

George Liverakos, born 1971, charged with motor carrier lamps violation March 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Steven E. Henderson, born 1974, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle February 27 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $56.50 court costs.

 

Leah A. Peycke, born 1995, charged with grand theft, a felony, November 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true. Case dismissed by prosecutor in lieu of informal adjustment and sentenced to 180 days detention, 179 days suspended, $67.35 restitution, $130 court costs and two years probation.
