charged with excessive DUI February 12 by the

charged with grand theft, a felony, November 17
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted
true. Case dismissed by prosecutor in lieu of
informal adjustment and sentenced to 180 days
detention, 179 days suspended, $67.35
restitution, $130 court costs and two years
probation.
