Lambright, born 1974, charged with possession of paraphernalia January 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to frequenting a place where drugs are used, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

Brandt P. Wilson, born 1978, charged with possession of paraphernalia January 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

Rostislav V. Dudchenko, born 1978, charged with log book violation January 31 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $154.50 court costs.

Justin D. Heigel, born 1981, charged with domestic assault February 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 55 days suspended, $137.50 fine and $162.50 court costs.
