A long standing battle over
another gravel pit in Boundary County, the
Tungsten pit on Farm to Market Road near
Porthill which was challenged all the way to the
Idaho Supreme Court, has been resolved after the
conditional use permit approved by the planning
and zoning commission, a decision promptly
challenged, was voluntarily rescinded by
Tungsten Holdings, Inc.
