Megan A. Moore, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges May 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $437.50 fine and $162.50 court costs. John A. Uhnak, born 1971, charged with drivers license violation June 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $139.50 court costs. James Gregg Sund, born 1988, charged with driving without privileges July 2 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.
