Guilty pleas in major pot grow
|
June 22, 2012 |
Sentencing has been set for three men who
entered guilty pleas to federal charges stemming
from a major marijuana growing operation in the
Paradise Valley area that was busted by the Boundary
County Sheriff's Office last summer.
The operation took place from 2004 to 2011 on
property owned by Robert Wayne Baucum, 56, Scio,
Oregon. He and partner Ronald Clifford
Underwood, 55, Albany, Oregon, pled guilty to
drug conspiracy charges last week in federal
court in Coeur d'Alene.
Co-conspirator
Raymond Earl Hogle, 50, also of Albany, pled
guilty in April.
Sentencing for the three has been set for July
17.
Two other defendants in the case, Charles
Goodenow, Willow, Alaska, and Justin Egnar,
Springfield, Oregon, are scheduled to go to
trial on the same day their three alleged
partners are sentenced. |
