load April 30 at the port of entry, pled guilty

charged with failure to wear seatbelt while
operating a commercial vehicle May 12 by the
Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50
and $140.50 court costs.
Darrin Anthony Farrell,

privileges May 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers
license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court
costs and one year probation. Charged with
failure to provide proof of insurance, pled
guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, $300 fine and one year probation.
Marcus J. Maupin, born
1996, charged with misdemeanor possession of a
controlled substance February 21 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, admitted true and
sentenced to 90 days detention, 80 days
suspended, $100 court costs and two years
