Marriages

Kolter Jackson McKinney, 19, and Grace Jolynn Harding, 20, both of Bonners Ferry, married in Bonners Ferry January 21 by Pastor Steven Robins.

 

Court Dispositions

Barbara A. Fleury, born 1970, charged with invalid drivers license June 15, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $352.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

LaDonna R. Vieau, born 1964, charged with driving without privileges November 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Brandon A. Burdett, born 1986, charged with driving without privileges December 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Nathan H. Havens-Boone, born 1986, charged with DUI December 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with open container, pled guilty and fined $32.50 and $167.50 court costs.

 

Adam Lee Imes, born 1988, charged with pedestrian under the influence December 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Mike W. Archer, born 1980, charged with hunting without a permit and injuring or killing livestock November 22 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

 

Harold W. Douglass, born 1951, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance January 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in  lieu of two days in jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Eugene Leslie Harms, born 1932, charged with failure to stop for a damage accident January 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

James R. Spain, born 1960, charged with malicious injury to property January 25 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jason Ralph Eby, born 1975, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance January 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Robert B. Miller, born 1950, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 26 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $336 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Gary L. Brown, born 1994, charged with malicious injury to property May 1 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $85 court costs and one year probation.

John M. Brown, born 1996, charged with malicious injury to property May 1 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $85 court costs and one year probation.

7:01 a.m.: A burglary was reported at ProX Building Supply, two were arrested and charged with burglary and malicious injury to property.

9:02 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at Bonners Ferry Middle School.

2:18 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported at 6789 Main Street.

2:27 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at 7307 Upper Pack River Road.

2:29 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 217 Tavern Farm Road.

4:09 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 495.

5:20 p.m.: Phone harassment was reported at 6905 Apple Alley.

7:51 a.m.: A trespasser was reported at 220 Silhouette Lane.

12:22 p.m.: A traffic stop in the parking lot at Curves resulted in an arrest on an Idaho fugitive warrant.

5:36 p.m.: A trespasser was reported at 38 Pear Street.

6:21 p.m.: A theft reported at Papa Byrd’s Bistro resulted in the arrest of two on charges of burglary.

 

January 27

6:48 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at 494740 Highway 95.

12:44 a.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at District 2 Road resulted in an arrest for DUI.

4:33 a.m.: A trespasser was reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

4:02 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported  on U.S. 95 near milepost 493.
