Jeffrey James Tate, 32, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance March 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Virgil W. Howell, 49, charged with excessive DUI March 20 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 days suspended, 32 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Joy L. Briggs, 50, charged with excessive DUI March 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Andrew J. Phillips, 23, charged with operating commercial vehicle in violation of terms of special permit March 29 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined  $68.50 and $140.50 court costs. Charged with failure to secure load or equipment, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Aaron D. Harris, 24, charged with driving without privileges May 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $587.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Teresa S. Tensen, 45, charged with excessive DUI May 8 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Nikkia L. Shutts, 19, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to a 30-day drivers license suspension, $132.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Christian D. Taylor, 19, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to a 30-day drivers license suspension, $132.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Robert E. Hayward, 57, charged with operating without a trip permit May 11 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Larry D. Dyer, 54, charged with operating with an undeployed suspension axle May 11 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Amanda L. Giannone, 21, charged with invalid drivers license May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $139.50 court costs.
