Several more Boundary County roads were reopened
to hauling today.
Roads that are currently open are
Aspen Drive, Bristlecone Road, Bus Road, Curless
Road, David Thompson Road, Dayton Way, Depot
Road, District 2 Road, District 5 Road, East
Mountain View Road, Fawn Lane, Giles Connection,
Great Northern Road, Hagen Road, Heights Loop,
Hillcrest Road, Homestead Loop, Hubbard Road,
Huff Road, Industrial Way, Kaniksu Street, Kings
Row Road, Lannigan Road, Limber Road, Mission
Road, Moon Shadow Road, Pack River Road,
Pheasant Run, Pinkerton Road, Pioneer Road,
Porthill Loop, Schoolhouse Road, Stagecoach
Road, Sunrise Road, Tall Timber Road, Wheatland
Road, Wheeler Road, Three Mile Road.
Partially open roads are
Blume Hill Road, which
is closed except from the junction at
Roosevelt Road north
to Highway 2;
Copeland Road, which remains open
only from Highway 1 west to Myer's hangar;
Deep Creek
Loop which is closed except
from the junction on Highway 95 north to the
railroad tracks at Welco Mill, which is open;
Deer Park Road, which
is open to the bottom of Myer's Hill, the rest
is closed;
Farm to
Market Road
is open from Porthill south to Munson's Pit
(Bakers), from the junction at Copeland north is
closed to Munson's;
Fleming Creek Road
to the top of the hill is open, the hill is
closed; and
Roosevelt Road
is open except from
Blume Hill Road west
to the Junction of Highway 2, which is closed.
With the weather the way it has been, today
alternating from sunny and 50-degrees one minute
to raining, blowing and 42-degrees the next,
some areas of the county even getting hail,
spring should definitely be upon us and all
roads reopened to normal traffic by, oh, maybe
August. |
