days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50

Brandon C. Schmitz, 18,
charged with being under the influence of a
controlled substance
Nov. 17, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, admitted true and sentenced
to 90 days detention, 86 days suspended, four
days sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of
detention, $70 court costs and one year
probation.
James D. Bradshaw, 17,
charged with misdemeanor possession of a
controlled substance Nov. 9 by the Boundary
County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and
sentenced to 90 days detention, 80 days
suspended, $70 court costs and one year
probation.
