It’s gotta be the eclipse cuz’ I’m sure not
seeing straight. The Moyie Springs City Council,
based on the wishes of one member, is writing an
Ordinance that makes using “Jake Brakes” (unmuffled)
within the city limits an offense.
Enforceable by ISP? The council is also
considering that his new business not tie into
the city sewer system as mandated for others.
