Concerned that quarterly reports not posted |

To the Editor:
For the second quarter in a row, the City of
Moyie Springs has failed to post, as mandated by
Idaho law, the financial quarterly report.
Perhaps the council does not want the citizens
to know where the money comes from or goes?
Also, why are no charges filed against the
employees blatantly violating the law?
Yet, if you are late with your water bill, do
not hook up to utilities as mandated you will be
fined!
