[Editor's Note: NewsBF recently ran a story
about Idaho Governor Butch Otter establishing a
new award, the Idaho Medal of Achievement, to
recognize and honor Idahoans for exceptional,
meritorious, and inspirational service to Idaho
and its people. The Governor is asking and
encouraging Idahoans to nominate individuals as
