Family says 'thanks' for help |
November 20, 2012 |
To The Great People of
Bonners Ferry, Idaho: Thank you so much for your kindness after the terrible fire to our camper (see South Boundary Fire hopes RV owner returns). Yes, we did get our items returned. The kindness that the Red Cross and Brother Leach, from the LDS Church, and the paramedic who took us to the hospital was extremely kind.
While my dad was being checked out for smoke inhalation, allowing our dogs to sit with me in the waiting room while he was examined was beyond helpful. Also for taking us to the motel and bringing me back after my visit to the hospital the next day.
Many thanks to Brother Leach who helped us with gas and helped in paying for prescriptions that we lost in the fire. Again, I want to say thank you to the Red Cross in their help with getting us the help that we needed to be able to stay the week in Bonners Ferry.
To the owners of the Carriage House Motel, we are so grateful for how much kindness they gave us in food, clothing and just plain goodness; so much more than I can say.
Thank you very much for
everyone’s help and kindness toward us. We will
never forget your kindness, goodness and to the
couple that brought me a bag a clothes the next
day and the food that you brought us. Thank you
very much. We did get another truck and did make it to Cottonwood, California. My dad and I will always to grateful for all that you did for us.
God Bless you all and have
a great Thanksgiving, Christmas and A New Year! Yours gratefully, |
