Kellogg earned their way into Thursday's District game for second place after coming from behind in a late-game rally against Priest River on Monday.

They had no rally left in them for Tuesday's game against Bonners Ferry. The Badgers picked up a some runs in the early innings, but did the big damage to Kellogg in inning number four. With two outs, Kellogg simply could not get that last out to end the inning, and Badger after Badger crossed the plate. Kellogg finally stopped the Badger onslaught when the score was 8-0.

Bonners Ferry picked up one more run in the fifth inning, then ended the game early under the mercy rule in the sixth inning, when Bonners Ferry scored one more run to make the score 10-0.
