The Lady Badgers opened tonight's game against
Priest River, the opening IML league match for
both teams, with spark and pizzazz, jumping out
to a 35-2 first quarter and never looking back
in a 62-18 victory that saw the whole team enjoy
game time. Badger Holly Ansley led all scorers with 21 points. Karah Sink led the Spartans, 2-10 on the season, with seven. The 11-2 Badgers look to improve their league record at Timberlake on Tuesday, January 11, with the JV team kicking off at 5:30 p.m. and varsity at 7 p.m., then they return home for their third league match Saturday, January 13, with the JV girls hitting the floor at 3 p.m. and the varsity starting at 6 p.m.
