Danny G. Luehrs, born 1961, charged with driving without privileges, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia January 5, 2016, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, charges dismissed, forfeited $1,100 bond.

Baldev S. Johal, born 1975, charged with failure to maintain logs May 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $157.50 costs. Charged with false logbook, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $157.50 costs.

Nicholas E. Corson, born 1980, charged with battery May 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Janell M. Erickson, born 1963, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance July 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $292.50 fine, $207.50 cost and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Brandon C. Ervin, charged with driving without privileges July 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 20 days in jail, $127.50 fine and $172.50 costs.

Jason James Moran, born 1970, charged with public drunkenness August 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail.

Andrew J. Sage, born 1976, charged with petit theft August 31 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended, $140 fine, $10 costs and 364 days probation.
