Shane C. Mayfield, born 1972, charged with DUI, second offense, April 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 50 days in jail, 40 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $537.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Derek J. Foote, born 1992, charged with DUI May 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

Scott Dodge, born 1964, charged with trespass June 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 days suspended, $200 fine, suspended, and 11 months, 29 days probation.
