Over $8K raised for Bonners Ferry Fourth

The numbers are almost final for this year and organizers of the Bonners Ferry Fourth of July celebration raised over $8,000! Bonners Ferry Super 1 Foods put them over their goal after the Super 1 Anniversary Event raised over $1,800, with the help of a great donation from C.J. Tuma of North Woods Realty. Expenses this year exceeded $7,500 due to some price increases in fireworks and electronic firing equipment and supplies. The group will still be selling raffle tickets on the Fourth of July for two $1,000 gift certificates at Far North Outfitters.
