Flags at half-staff following attack in France

President Obama has issued a proclamation ordering flags to half-staff in respect for the victims of yesterday's attack in Nice, France. Flags are to be at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday, July 19. To see the official Presidential Proclamation, click here.
