Still trying to come up with that last minute
unique Christmas gift? Did you know you can
purchase some great Boundary County-themed items
at the Boundary County Museum? The museum has some terrific 2015 calendars available. Each month of the calendar features a different ![]() In addition, the Museum has hot pads (used for removing hot pans from the oven)--these hot pads are emblazoned with a photo of the old time ferryboat that crossed the Kootenai River in Bonners Ferry's earliest days. And there's more. Howard Kent, local historian and Museum volunteer, has put together a history of Boundary County. As ongoing research and new findings are always turning up new things and additional information, this history is available for purchase in digital format (currently as a data CD), so it can be easily and readily updated. You might also consider purchasing items with the White Caribou logo, including T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats, and mugs. The museum also has Boundary County history books and postcards featuring some of the Museum's archival photographs. ![]() Don't close out your Christmas list until you've shopped at the Boundary County Museum. |
