Judge Barbara Buchanan
Haley M. Cromwell, born 1995, charged
with aggravated DUI, a felony, July 21 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department. Amended to
reckless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to
30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, credited for
three days served, $82.50 fine, $167.50 costs
and one year probation. Charged with driving
without privileges, amended to drivers license
violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 27 days suspended, credited for three
days served, $250 fine and one year probation.
Judge Justin Julian
Shaun J. Sauget, born 1979, charged
with DUI second offense September 1, amended to
DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in
jail, 56 days suspended, credited for two days
served, 90 day drivers license suspension,
$787.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364 days
probation.
Michael A. Scharf, born 1999, charged with
misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
January 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 28 days suspended, credited for two
days served, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364
days probation.

3:34 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at
the Bonners Ferry Conoco.
5:36 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on
Highway 95 near mile 498.5.
9:21 p.m.: A traffic stop in the Kootenai River
Inn parking lot resulted in an arrest for
failure to provide proof of insurance.
9:48 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at a
Falling Leaf Circle residence.
