Thomas R. Bennett III, born 1998, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance August 11 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, credited for 93 days served, sentence commuted, $150 fine, $535.50 costs and three years probation. Charged with felony possession of a controlled substance December 13, 2016, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, sentence commuted, $150 fine, $615.50 costs and three years probation.

Jessica M. Young, born 1982, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance October 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to  two years prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, sentence commuted, credited for 135 days served, $300 fine, $865.50 costs and two years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 135 days in jail, credited for 88 days served, and $157.50 costs.

Martin E. Jensen, born 1966, charged with trespass August 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail and $150 costs.
