Dauncey, born 1987, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance September 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served, $300 fine, $100 restitution and $660.50 court costs.

 

Cody J. Williams, born 1987, charged with felony DUI October 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, one year drivers license suspension, $300 fine and $585.50 court costs. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 14 days suspended, credited with 76 days served, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.
