Blankenship, born 1979, charged with driving without privileges November 23 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and fined $80 and $51.50 court costs.

 

Cherokee L. Smith, born 1991, charged with driving without privileges September 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $300 fine and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 suspended, 16 days sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $164.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Paul E. Monnin, born 1969, charged with DUI November 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $407.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Kym L. Cooper, born 1977, charged with DUI December 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tylan Devon Stuber Fairchild, born 1997, charged with minor consuming alcohol January 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Robert A. Ross, born 1957, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $180 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Eugene P. Tashoff, born 1960, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 13 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $161 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Michael B. McLaren, born 1980, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle January 22 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150.

 

 

Daniel Joseph Lyle, born 1980, charged with providing false information to an officer January 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, plead guilty and sentenced to two days in jail.

12:40 a.m.: A noise complaint was made at 7356 Comanche Street.

7:59 a.m.: A family disturbance was reported at 499408 Highway 95.

2:54 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

4:04 p.m.: A warrant arrest on a fugitive charge was made at 39 Echo Lane.

4:25 p.m.: An unlawful entry was reported at 102 Maple Street.

5:42 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 6686 Augusta Street on a charge of failure to appear.
