Brett L. Kelley, born 1981, charged with resisting or obstructing officers November 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Brian Howarth, born 1965, charged with DUI, second offence, November 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended, 30 days inpatient treatment in lieu of 30 days jail, six month drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $200.

Riley, born 1994, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana November 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $47.50 fine, $100 restitution, $227.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Erick N. Johnson, born 1951, charged with exceeding allowable gross loads December 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $335 and $152.50 court costs.
