Ward Jr., born 1971, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance July 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, three years, indeterminate, prison suspended, 108 days in jail, $500 fine, $100 restitution, $660.50 court costs and three years probation.

Colin C. Mangus, born 1984, charged with DUI October 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with reckless driving, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Grant W. Street, born 1972, charged with exceeding allowable gross load December 2 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $148 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Edward K. Moylan, born 1948, charged with failure to wear seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle December 6 by the Idaho State Police, plecd guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Tyler Devon Stuber Fairchild, born 1997, charged with minor in possession of tobacco or e-cigarette December 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $47.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Whitney F. Olson, born 1999, charged with operating a vehicle without owner’s consent October 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 10 days detention.

 

Jacob Onstott, born 1997, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $70 court costs and one year formal probation.
