| The Mat-Su Health Foundation is requesting proposals from
qualified consultants interested in conducting a Behavioral
Health Environmental Scan. The Request for Proposal can be found at www.healthymatsu.org. Qualified, interested parties must submit a completed proposal, along with signed cover letter, electronically by 4 p.m. Alaska Time, January 13 to mkemberling@healthymatsu.org. |
