Houston looking to update comp plan

The City of Houston is seeking proposals for professional services for a Community Impact Assessment and Comprehensive Plan Revision that will result in a firm fixed price contract.

City staff, City Council and Planning Commission will assist with both processes by providing input, reviewing comments and participating in public outreach. Funding from State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development.

The Request for Proposal can be obtained by requesting the RFP packet from the City Clerk at sdukes@houston-ak.gov.

Sealed propsals for a community impact assessment and comprehensive plan revision will be received at the City of Houston Clerk’s Office, PO Box 940027, 13878 W. Armstrong Rd, Houston, AK 99694 (OWNER), until 5 p.m. local time February 5, 2014.

All prospective respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of  Houston staff or officials other than the city clerk.


A request for proposals packet must be obtained from the City of Houston city clerk to be considered valid.
