On December 2, Palmer Police issued a summons for driving without a valid operator’s license to jessica c. Blawat, 22, Palmer. On December 3, Palmer Police arrested 43 year old Wasilla resident Cynthia Marie Durk. Durk had a $1,500 warrant for failure to appear, original charges assault IV and theft IV. Durk was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial facility. On December 5, Palmer Police arrested Charles Henry Gerhardt II, 20, Wasilla, on a $500 bail warrant for failure to appear district court arraignment, original charge of driving while license revoked. Palmer Police responded to the report of a collision on On December 5, Palmer Police arrested Robert Paulsberg, 50, Palmer, on a $2,500 bail warrant for failure to appear arraignment, original charge of driving while license revoked, a $1,500 bail warrant for failure to appear trial call, original charge driving while license revoked, and a $250 bail warrant for failure to comply with alcohol safety action program, original charge driving under the influence. On December 5, Miro Marc Millic Jr., 23, Sutton, was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree and violating conditions of release. Rose Marie Alban, 22, Wasilla, was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree and violating conditions of release. Both were held in lieu of $5,000 bail and court approved third party. Following investigation, additional charges were forwarded on both MILIC and ALBAN for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second and fourth degrees. On December 6,

He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and was to be released on his own recognizance per the bail schedule. On December 8, the Palmer Police Department investigated counterfeit bills which had been passed at a local business. On December 8, Debra Drawdy, 55, Palmer, came to the Palmer Police Department to report that Benjamin Schaugaard, 30, Wasilla, had stolen several firearms from her residence. On December 8, Dirk Braune, 44. Palmer, called the Palmer Police Department to report that some items had been stolen from his residence. |
