Message to anyone from Boundary County ...

2006 Bonners Ferry High School graduate, film maker Kyle Flory.
I'm sure some of you have heard, but for those who haven't, Rob Tenas and I were hired by Boundary County to shoot a documentary. The documentary will be showing what an amazing place our county is and telling the unique story that we have to tell.

Another purpose of the film is to change some people's misconceptions on how we work in the woods.

We want to show the world that it is necessary to manage our forests and there is a right way to do it. A way that will be mutually beneficial for the land and the people occupying it.

I want to ask you all to be a part of it. I have an idea for the opening of the documentary. It will start with people who are from here, or have lived here in the past, giving a testimonial about what makes Boundary County so special to them, in their own words.

I would like you to be a part of this endeavor.

All you have to do is find a computer with a webcam, and take a couple minutes to hit "record" and describe what you love about Boundary County. I want people who live here now, as well as people who have moved around the world.

I believe this documentary will be a really cool thing for our county, and I want everyone from here to be proud of it.

If you are interested in helping us with our film, please take the above steps and send your recorded video to KyleAndRob@gmail.com. Include in your email address, how long you lived in Boundary County and where you live now.

The quality of the recording does not matter. Thank you all in advance!
