William G. Tuttle Jr., born 1973, charged with driving without privileges August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine and $162.50 court costs.

Gina Marie Ireland, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges September 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Darrell Lee Curtiss Jr., born 1990, charged with petit theft October 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Yolanda N. Thole, born 1964, charged with drivers license violation October 29 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Taylor Tompke, born 1993, charged with failing to validate a game tag November 26 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Johnnie P. Rogers, born 1964, charged with unlawful taking of wild game November 25 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to a one year hunting license suspension, $200 fine and $145 court costs.
