Brandon Vern Hurst, 28, charged with driving without privileges July 13, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $347.50 fine and $152.50 court costs. Charged with possession of stolen property August 16, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and $452 restitution.

 

Angela G. Yeoumans, 29, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance November 4, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, $22.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and $100 restitution.

 

Mandy Dawn Haworth, 25, charged with providing false information to an officer December 24, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $162.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Aram Wade Dowell, 31, charged with driving without privileges February 16 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 120 days in jail and a 180 day drivers license suspension.

 

Candalisa J. White, 37, charged with drivers license violation March 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Sheila Robetor, 47, charged with invalid drivers license April 20 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $58.50 fine and $147.50 court costs.

 

Ronald M. Nelson, 40, charged with motor carrier over width April 19 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Meghan E. Hamilton, 19, charged with DUI May 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Zachary G. Skolrud, 21, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to unlawful act prohibited by state law, pled guilty and fined $32.50 and $167.50 court costs.
