Association Boundary School District 101's Tammy Schneider and Lisa Carle, who were a BIG help in organizing the event. Thank you Tammy and Lisa for making this event possible! Jacob and Makayla Hinson in turkey costumes were the leaders in organizing the event. Jacob and Makayla, along with Jacob's parents, Pastor Alan and Sherri Hinson from the Springs of Living Waters Free Methodist Church, worked many hard hours cooking and shopping for supplies. The Ministerial Association is comprised of 16 denominations and I believe most of them were represented. Many thanks to our school district to allow the event to be held in the Middle School. Superintendent Gary Pfleuger has been a great blessing to the association. The food was delicious and the experience was amazing. Adults and children together were serving food, cleaning tables, wiping dishes. What a great community experience! I love the people of our community. It is a great place to live. There are still places in this world where people help each other. You and I are living in one of those places. It is people like you who make this a community. You are appreciated. A big thank you to all the volunteers for making this possible. A big thank you to all who came out to eat, the fellowship was great. God Bless You All! |
