Hey Mike,
I think the kids are getting credit for someone
else’s work w/ the theft of the grates from the
bridge.
I think some questions need to be asked.
1. What were the grates made of?
2. How many were taken?
3. How much do they weigh?
Metal thieves is the answer if the answer to
question #2 is all of them.
